A rundown is a file, and the material in it consists of more files. At some point, you need to take all of it to another building. This part describes how to work with these files, from adding material to sending a complete show.

PageWhat it covers
Dragging files inWhat the program recognises, where it places the material, and what happens to other files.
Saving and opening listsThe .playout file, and how to continue with yesterday’s list.
Sharing a groupHow to give one block to another location.
BundlesA rundown that contains its media.
Where your files liveThe folders in Documents, and what each folder is for.

The most important difference

A list refers to media, and a bundle contains the media.

In one building, where every computer has access to the same server, a list is enough and nothing needs to be copied twice. In another building, a list arrives without anything to play, so there you need a bundle.

When a show works in one place and not in another, this difference is almost always the cause.
