The page that decides what the rest of the program has. Which cue types the toolbar shows, and every module you have installed, each with an Enable box.
Cue types in the toolbar
Always at the top of this page, even with no modules. Untick Media, Still, Web page, Scene, Group or Hold to hide its button. It hides the button only: cues of that type already in a list keep playing, and dragging a file in still works.
The modules
Grouped by category (Media, Presentation, Text & overlay, Control room): per module its Name, an Enable box and its Version. A module that is on puts its settings on a page for its category in the list on the left. With none installed, the page says No modules installed.
A module that is on brings its buttons, cue types, windows and designs into the interface. A module that is off removes them completely — not greyed out, gone. Each module has its own part of this manual.
Switching one on or off
Tick Enable and press Apply or OK.
Switching one off does not delete anything. The module stays installed and its settings stay where they are; switch it on again and everything is as it was.
What it does affect is your rundowns. A list containing cues that a module provides loses the parts that module drew. The cues stay in the list; what they put on screen does not exist while the module is off.
When the modules cannot start
Modules run in a process of their own. If that process cannot start, a window titled Modules could not start says which of the causes it is:

Where antivirus is the cause, the message names the folder to add to its exclusions.
None of these stops the program: the cue list and the outputs keep working. You lose what the modules provided.
A single module that cannot load stays in the list under its file name, its box cannot be ticked, and its tooltip says why.
Which modules you have
Which modules belong to your installation is decided by your licence key — at installation, and afterwards through Check for module updates…. See your licence key.
Updating them
Settings → Info → Check for module updates… reports which modules can be updated and installs them on request. The modules stop for a moment while that happens, so do it after a service, never during one.
